Jonathan Muteba
Founder & Principle cGxP Compliance and Operations Consultant
Jonathan Muteba is an experienced engineering and quality professional in the life science industry, with a decade of expertise in leading teams, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Validation, Plant Engineering, and Quality Control. He has worked with leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies—including Amgen, Moderna, Regeneron, Shire, Takeda, and Vertex—helping them ensure regulatory compliance, optimize operations, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive success.
Jonathan is committed to helping organizations deliver safe, high-quality products to patients. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, strategic thinking, and a dedication to continuous improvement. As a proud Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) owner, he also champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in the life sciences sector, striving to create opportunities for underrepresented professionals.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UMass Lowell and Northeastern University, along with a Gordon Engineering Leadership Certificate from Northeastern’s prestigious Gordon Institute of Engineering Leadership Program. His mission is simple: to provide expert solutions that empower clients, bridge the gap for diversity in the life science industry, and drive meaningful change.
