Jonathan Muteba
Founder & Senior GxP Consultant
Jonathan Muteba is an experienced engineering and quality professional in the life science industry, with a decade of expertise in leading teams, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Validation, Plant Engineering, and Quality Control. He has worked with leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies—including Amgen, Moderna, Regeneron, Shire, Takeda, and Vertex—helping them ensure regulatory compliance, optimize operations, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive success.
Jonathan is committed to helping organizations deliver safe, high-quality products to patients. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, strategic thinking, and a dedication to continuous improvement. As a proud Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) owner, he also champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in the life sciences sector, striving to create opportunities for underrepresented professionals.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UMass Lowell and Northeastern University, along with a Gordon Engineering Leadership Certificate from Northeastern’s prestigious Gordon Institute of Engineering Leadership Program. His mission is simple: to provide expert solutions that empower clients, bridge the gap for diversity in the life science industry, and drive meaningful change.
Wilson N. Mazile
Strategic Growth & Founder's Apprentice
Wilson Mazile is a versatile strategist and data professional with a growing track record in business intelligence, policy development, and organizational transformation. He holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Merrimack College and is currently pursuing his MBA in International Business and Finance at Northeastern University.

With a strong academic foundation that includes an M.A. in Globalization Studies from Dartmouth College and a B.A. in International Politics from Penn State, Wilson brings a systems-thinking mindset and analytical depth to Brilla Life Sciences.
​
His past experience spans research compliance and machine learning initiatives at Northeastern University, compensation strategy and operational support at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, and social impact consulting—where he developed blockchain-based microfinance models aimed at improving healthcare and economic relief access in underserved communities.
​
At Brilla, Wilson supports strategic growth initiatives and internal operations, while contributing to grant development, data strategy, and mentorship programs. His work helps Brilla advance its mission of empowering the next generation of STEM professionals and creating smarter, more connected pathways within the life science ecosystem.
